How it works

Our products are concentrated pastes to reduce transport cost. 

When added to the system the PTFE/TEFLON particles circulate in the system. When the blend passes the leaking area the Teflon particles build up  a barrier starting with the large particles and hence the smaller particles fill the openings. After a short period the hole is filled with solid Teflon, thereby the seal surface is restored to the original shape thus avoiding untimely dry-docking or other expensive repairs. 

We have a special guide for water ingress.

Eal

Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EAL’s) can be difficult to drain water from. We offer  specialized products and guide for usage for systems with EAL’s.

Oil approval

All ABCON additives are based on the same base oils as the equivalent system oils.

All ABCON products are non dangerous goods and can be shipped by air to  anywhere in the world.
